Session preparation - please read the entire page

Here's a list of things that can help facilitate a successful session. Please make sure you read this section in its entirety.


Setting the Intention and Affirmation

One of the most important things we can do is to set the proper intention and affirmation for your session. Since the Higher Self is guiding this process, a state of surrender and acceptance is optimal. Remove all self doubts of connecting with your higher self and affirm the following:  "I easily connect to my higher self now and always with ease and grace."


Please repeat this Intention and Affirmation as often as you can as soon as your appointment is booked. The more you ground into this truth, the easier it will be to make it into a reality.


Prepare Your Questions

Here you will ask as many questions that you are guided to that are important to you. These are the questions that your Higher Self will answer. Once you book a session, you will be sent sample questions to help you get started. All I ask is for you to do the following:

  • Break the questions into two sections: Personal/Spiritual and Physical/Health.
  • Try to review your questions and eliminate any duplicates
  • Prioritize your questions within each section from the most important to the curiosity type questions
  • Type them out and send it over to us via email


Make Time For Yourself

This is a very strong energetic experience, so please make sure you make time for yourself to relax and integrate after the session. You should clear your calendar and don't make any plans after your session.


Private Journey

All sessions are private and confidential, therefore no one else is allowed in your session. If you have a spouse, partner, friend or family member dropping you off or picking you up, please make sure they plan ahead on how to occupy themselves until the session is over. Mind and Body Prep

  • Do not drink any alcohol on the day before and day of your session. If possible, limit your alcohol intake for the week of your session.
  • Do not take any drugs or plant medicines (unless prescription) the day before and day of your session. These can interfere with our session and drastically diminish the ability to reach the Higher Self via hypnosis.
  • Try to eliminate or drastically diminish any caffeine(coffee, sodas, etc.) or substances that make you jittery, anxious, or diminish your ability to optimize your five senses and the ability to get yourself in a relaxed state.
  • Eat a filling but well balanced diet before you come in. Our sessions can range anywhere from 4-6 hours If not possible, please make sure you can bring something to eat after the session.
  • Most optimal approach is to limit your meat intake the week of your session. If it is difficult to adhere to a vegetarian diet for the week, then replace meat with fish. Also, diminish your caffeine intake for the entire week as well. If you can't do this, its ok and you will still have the session you are being guided to have.
  • Perform any activity or process that gets you into a happy and relaxed state. For example, if you meditate then do so the day of your meditation to help center yourself. Or perhaps, you can do a walk that helps clear your mind.
  • Please make sure you come in comfortable clothing. You want to be as comfortable and relaxed as you can coming into the session.
