Here's a list of things that can help facilitate a successful session. Please make sure you read this section in its entirety.
Setting the Intention and Affirmation
One of the most important things we can do is to set the proper intention and affirmation for your session. Since the Higher Self is guiding this process, a state of surrender and acceptance is optimal. Remove all self doubts of connecting with your higher self and affirm the following: "I easily connect to my higher self now and always with ease and grace."
Please repeat this Intention and Affirmation as often as you can as soon as your appointment is booked. The more you ground into this truth, the easier it will be to make it into a reality.
Prepare Your Questions
Here you will ask as many questions that you are guided to that are important to you. These are the questions that your Higher Self will answer. Once you book a session, you will be sent sample questions to help you get started. All I ask is for you to do the following:
Make Time For Yourself
This is a very strong energetic experience, so please make sure you make time for yourself to relax and integrate after the session. You should clear your calendar and don't make any plans after your session.
Private Journey
All sessions are private and confidential, therefore no one else is allowed in your session. If you have a spouse, partner, friend or family member dropping you off or picking you up, please make sure they plan ahead on how to occupy themselves until the session is over. There's many things for them to explore. Please visit the "What's Near Me?" page for ideas.
