What is Hypnosis?

What can I expect from a session with Pedro?
During our hypnotherapy session, beyond hypnosis, we can employ an array of tools such as NLP, EFT(Tapping), Therapeutic Journaling, Dream Therapy, and many other tools that might be required to assist you achieve your results.
After you book your session and the appropriate forms have been completed, we will conduct our first session which lasts an hour and half (1.5 hours). All subsequent sessions are sixty(60) minutes long.
As part of our discovery process during our first session, we will get to know you and how your mind works. We will also explore the challenge(s) you wish to work on and the best plan to reach your goals in the most effective and efficient way. You will be provided with a hypnotic digital track of each session. This will be invaluable for your integration and acceleration in reaching your desired outcomes.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom/phone making it flexible for both parties to conduct a session.
How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions varies based on individual goals and their commitment to change. Some people notice changes after one session, while others benefit from multiple sessions for deeper transformation. Typically two or three sessions are needed but it can also be anywhere from one to ten sessions. It's not an exact science but you will know when change has taken place.
